About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This role focuses on developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan
- →Continuously refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies
- →Support the CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and contact strategies
- →Ensure all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed
Requirements
- ✓3+ years minimum experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM
- ✓Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ESPs
- ✓Proficient in HTML
- ✓Good copywriting skills
- ✓Ability to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
- ✓Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- ✓Commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven
- ✓Organized, responsible, and proactive
- ✓Fluent in English
- ✓Ability to potentiate teamwork and keep the team motivated
