We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Customer Success Manager (Sr. CSM) to serve as the primary point of contact for our government and enterprise clients, fostering strong, long-term partnerships and ensuring measurable customer outcomes through our cutting-edge robotic solutions.
As a Sr. CSM, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and directly influence customer retention and expansion. The ideal candidate must combine world-class customer empathy with the strategic fluency to navigate Singapore's public sector landscape and build institutional partnerships at the highest level.
What Youβll Get To Do
Strategic Account Management
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for Field AI's enterprise and government accounts across Singapore and Southeast Asia
β’ Build long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers and champions across customer organisations
β’ Develop account plans that identify expansion opportunities, manage renewal risk, and ensure customers are deriving measurable value from Field AI's technology
β’ Coordinate closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales to advocate for customer priorities and resolve issues proactively
β’ Prepare and deliver regular account performance reports and strategic updates to stakeholders
Government & Institutional Engagement
β’ Proactively engage with relevant government ministries, statutory boards, and agencies to understand policy priorities and position Field AI as a strategic technology partner
β’ Navigate public sector procurement processes, including GeBIZ, open and selective tenders, and ITQ/ITT submissions
Partnerships & Market Development
β’ Identify and develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, industry consortiums, and channel partners to broaden Field AI's market reach
β’ Contribute to the regional go-to-market strategy by providing on-the-ground market intelligence and stakeholder insight
β’ Represent Field AI at industry events, government forums, and trade associations to build visibility and credibility in the market
What You Have
Experience & Background
β’ 6β10 years of experience in customer success, strategic account management, partnerships, or government relations in Singapore
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage and grow senior relationships across government agencies, statutory boards, and large enterprise accounts
β’ Strong working knowledge of Singapore's public sector landscape and procurement framework, including GeBIZ and tender processes
β’ Existing network across relevant government ministries, MNCs, and/or industry bodies in Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Skills & Competencies
β’ Excellent communication skills: strong verbal, written, and presentation ability, with comfort engaging at both executive and operational levels
β’ Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking: able to identify and develop opportunities without relying on a structured process
β’ Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify expansion opportunities and close effectively
β’ Strong project management skills: coordinate cross-functional tasks, manage timelines, and deliver on commitments
Technical and Industry Knowledge
β’ Experience in robotics, autonomous systems, construction tech, security, or related deep-tech sectors is highly advantageous
β’ Familiarity with construction workflows including pre-construction, scheduling, project management, and site execution
β’ Knowledge of construction technology platforms such as DroneDeploy, Cupix, or BIM systems is a plus
