About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join Field AI and craft a beautiful, polished customer interactive experience for a new category of technology. You'll bring a strong visual identity and aesthetic sensibility to everything you touch, defining the look, feel, and design language that makes our platform unmistakably Field AI.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define and own the visual identity and design language across our customer interactive experience
- →Create and maintain a comprehensive design system, including a UI component library and visual style guide
- →Bring an intuitive sense to how users work with robots across various sites, environments, and use cases
- →Design data products that communicate value to users
- →Own design ops end-to-end: establish governance, versioning, and contribution processes for the design system
- →Collaborate closely with engineering, robotics, and product teams to bring designs from concept to production
- →Champion the user through research, feedback, and advocacy
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft and shipped digital products
- ✓Proven experience building and maintaining design systems
- ✓An understanding of Human-Robot Interaction (HRI)
- ✓Expertise in Figma as your primary design tool
- ✓Strong data visualization skills
