About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Audit product team at Fieldguide. You’ll own complex, ambiguous problem spaces end-to-end, partner deeply with Product and Engineering, and help shape the design direction of a core Fieldguide product.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous audit workflows
- →Partner closely with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and deliver high-quality implementations
- →Drive design execution with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
- →Translate customer needs and research insights into clear user journeys and polished UI
- →Balance speed and iteration with usability and long-term product quality
- →Advocate for users while accounting for technical and business constraints
- →Own a significant product area or customer journey
- →Set a high bar for craft by contributing to the design system and mentoring peers
Requirements
- ✓Experience working alongside or designing AI-assisted workflows
- ✓Ability to incorporate AI into daily design practice
- ✓Strong background in UI design and user research
- ✓Experience with B2B SaaS products preferred
- ✓Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
