About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Figma. This role involves consulting with existing and potential customers to drive meaningful relationships that add value to the customer experience and revenue to our bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop executive-level relationships across our most strategic customers
- →Build a strong sales pipeline and exceed annual sales targets
- →Navigate complex sales processes through applying Command of the Message and MEDDIC
- →Create compelling and sophisticated business cases to effectively influence senior stakeholders
- →Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
- →Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Strategic accounts
- →Be part of a team dedicated to promoting Figma to existing and new customers
- →Help build the foundation and processes for all customer-facing teams at Figma
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of sales experience in a SaaS business, ideally focused on Enterprise
- ✓Experience in selling to technical audiences
- ✓Ability to close complex sales cycles and multi-thread across multiple departments
- ✓Ability to prioritize competing demands from customers and balance their needs against those of the business
- ✓Problem-solving skills, a great attitude, and a resilient mindset
