About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Program Manager to join Figma's Product Support team. This role focuses on leading complex, cross-functional programs that improve the scalability and efficiency of Product Support operations. You'll work closely with various teams to transform ambiguous problems into structured plans and successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs that improve Product Support scalability, efficiency, and quality
- →Lead initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition through execution and iteration
- →Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Support teams to deliver tooling and process improvements
- →Bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces by defining scope, metrics, milestones, and operating rhythms
- →Support change management and adoption for new tools and processes
- →Identify insights from support data, customer feedback, and operational signals
- →Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and decisions clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- ✓Proven ability to lead complex programs with clear ownership
- ✓Experience working with Customer Support or Product Support teams
- ✓Comfort partnering with technical teams across operational and technical problem spaces
- ✓Strong communication and influencing skills
- ✓High-ownership mindset with attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity
