About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join Figma's Japan Sales team. This role will serve as a business partner on the Regional Sales Operations team, playing a critical role in helping Figma Sales scale revenue across both self-service and assisted sales motions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with the global forecast owner to drive a data-driven forecasting methodology
- →Manage regional operating activities to deliver accurate, actionable insights for Sales and Finance leadership
- →Support Sales Leadership in forecasting meetings by presenting trends, risks, and opportunities
- →Recommend org design, sales and ecosystem headcount, book of business, and quota decisions
- →Lead Regional MBR/QBR reviews by analyzing sales funnel trends and KPIs
- →Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports
- →Maintain data cleanliness and accuracy by working with sales systems
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of sales operations experience, preferably in a fast-growing environment
- ✓Deep understanding of SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards
- ✓Strong analytical and technical skills, with proven expertise in Salesforce and BI tools
- ✓Proficient in building high-quality, sophisticated spreadsheets, models, and executive presentations
- ✓Native-level Japanese Proficiency & High-fluency in English
