About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Figure, a fintech company transforming capital markets through blockchain. This role will act as a cross-functional layer to keep departments aligned and drive growth within our Digital Assets Capital Markets teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Grow and develop Figure’s Digital Assets business through business planning, reporting, and strategic analysis
- →Develop executive reporting for pipeline management, process measurement, and identifying improvement opportunities
- →Structure complex strategic problems for the leadership team
- →Own critical components of budgeting and forecasting processes
- →Assist with external operational reporting (10-K / 10-Q)
- →Create reporting for internal stakeholders to track progress versus OKRs
- →Help develop frameworks to structure team thinking and facilitate alignment
- →Analyze large amounts of information to make actionable recommendations
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- ✓2-4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business operations at a high-growth company
- ✓Strong organizational and project management skills
- ✓Intellectual curiosity and great data skills
- ✓Solid analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- ✓Passion to solve complex problems and build scalable processes
- ✓Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment
- ✓Experience working with sales teams
- ✓Interest in DeFi a plus
