About the Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers building and evolving Filevine’s AI Platform. This role focuses on managing a team that develops cloud-based workflow tools for legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years leading or managing engineers.
- ✓Track record of building engaged, autonomous teams that deliver on ambitious goals.
- ✓Familiarity with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Kubernetes) and distributed systems (e.g., Temporal). Experience building agentic systems is a plus.
- ✓Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally in a hybrid environment.
- ✓Curiosity about AI/ML and enthusiasm for applying it to real-world problems.
