About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Forms Quality & Operations Analyst to manage the lifecycle of our forms library. This role involves monitoring government agencies for form updates, validating AI-driven field mapping, and creating technical specifications for the engineering team. You will act as an operational shield to ensure no outdated content reaches clients while supporting implementation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively monitor federal (USCIS) and state court websites for legal form updates to ensure compliance
- →Review and validate output from AI auto-mapping models, correcting logic errors in field mapping
- →Translate complex legal form logic into clear technical specifications for engineering teams
- →Act as primary liaison for Support and Implementation teams, creating documentation and training materials
- →Curate and maintain Golden Datasets used by QA for system testing before releases
- →Conduct final compliance checks on high-stakes forms to prevent incidents and reduce operational risk
- →Use AI tools to compare PDF versions and generate change logs, optimizing form specification processes
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, or related field (or equivalent paralegal experience)
- ✓3+ years experience as Paralegal, Legal Operations Specialist, or in compliance role with exposure to Immigration, Family Law, or Workers Comp
- ✓Comfort working with data mapping, Excel/spreadsheets, and learning new software tools
- ✓Uncompromising attention to detail and accuracy as final line of defense before forms go to lawyers
- ✓Strong desire to use AI tools to summarize documents and automate research tasks
- ✓Ability to explain complex legal requirements to technical software engineers clearly and concisely
- ✓1-3 years experience working with product or engineering teams in agile/scrum environment is a plus
