About the Role
We are looking for a forward-thinking QA Engineer to lead the testing strategy for our new AI-first Forms Platform. This role involves moving beyond traditional testing to build evaluation harnesses that measure the accuracy of auto-mapping AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and maintain evaluation harnesses to measure AI auto-mapping model accuracy
- →Build automated test suites for end-to-end and integration testing
- →Maintain and expand golden datasets for regression testing
- →Collaborate with developers to prevent low-confidence predictions from reaching production
- →Verify data integrity during platform migrations
- →Leverage AI tools to write test scripts and generate edge-case scenarios
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- ✓3+ years of QA Automation experience with tools like Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright
- ✓Strong ability to write test scripts in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
- ✓Experience testing AI/ML models or complex data migration projects
- ✓1 to 3 years of Agile/Scrum experience
- ✓Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to solve coding roadblocks
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
