About the Role
We are seeking a talented Front-End Engineer to build the user-facing components of our new AI-first Forms Platform. You will create intuitive interfaces for lawyers and paralegals to fill, edit, and file complex legal forms, working closely with backend teams and designers to ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build responsive, high-performance web interfaces for complex form rendering, data entry, and validation using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- →Collaborate with product designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible user experiences.
- →Connect front-end components with backend APIs and AI services for real-time form mapping and validation.
- →Write unit and integration tests for UI components to ensure defect-free releases.
- →Optimize application speed and rendering performance for large, multi-page forms.
- →Use AI-driven development tools to generate boilerplate code, write tests, and troubleshoot styling issues.
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- ✓3+ years of front-end development experience with deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React preferred).
- ✓Strong understanding of semantic HTML, CSS3, and preprocessors (SASS/LESS), with a focus on accessibility standards (WCAG).
- ✓1 to 3 years of experience with scrum/agile development methodologies.
- ✓Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
- ✓Proactive approach to troubleshooting and willingness to leverage AI tools for solutions.
- ✓Strong ability to collaborate with backend engineers and product managers.
