About the Role
We are looking for a Developer Growth Engineer to join Finch, a Series B company revolutionizing employment infrastructure. This specialized role sits at the intersection of technical engineering, product marketing, and customer growth, focusing on driving adoption and scaling Finch’s SMB customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and execute programmatic growth strategies using email campaigns, in-app modals, and webinars
- →Identify high-potential developers and create specialized technical tracks to accelerate their adoption
- →Build scalable workflows and tools to maintain our "long-tail moat" without manual overhead
- →Conduct cohort analysis and experiments to determine effective engagement mediums
- →Partner with Account Management to spot expansion signals and execute technical conversions
- →Create industry-specific technical guides for complex HRIS/Payroll architectures
- →Track performance and report directly to executive leadership
