About the Role
We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join the Assets team at Fireblocks. This role focuses on designing and developing robust systems to support a diverse range of customers, including financial enterprises, retail investors, crypto-native organizations, and fintech companies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect, design, and implement highly robust, scalable, and resilient microservices.
- →Take ownership of end-to-end feature development across the entire backend stack.
- →Collaborate with Product Managers, Design teams, and other Engineering teams to execute complex projects.
- →Proactively enhance, optimize, and refactor existing production systems and products.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience as a Backend/Fullstack Engineer.
- ✓Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent degree/experience.
- ✓Excellent knowledge of common web and SaaS software architectures.
- ✓Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including CI/CD, cloud platforms, and container orchestration.
- ✓Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
- ✓Experience with blockchain or cryptocurrency.
- ✓Experience developing SaaS products through the full product life cycle.
- ✓Experience in researching and integrating new technologies.
- ✓A security-oriented approach and mindset.
