About the Role
We are looking for an experienced hands-on product manager to join Fireblocks’ Wallet product team, leading products for holding digital assets. This role will focus on expanding Fireblocks’ market dominance in the digital asset space.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own a product domain and define goals and initiatives for product growth, efficiency, and stability
- →Gather feedback from customer experts and an advisory board
- →Ensure successful feature rollouts by working with various departments and running beta programs
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of Product Management experience, including defining product strategy and success metrics
- ✓Proven ability to lead products end-to-end in close collaboration with R&D
- ✓Experience as a Software Developer or Product Manager for developer-facing products
- ✓Proven track record of delivering successful B2B products from concept to launch
- ✓Strong customer empathy and ability to communicate user needs
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- ✓Obsession with user experience and drive to simplify complex subjects
- ✓Passion for learning new technology fields and quickly ramping up in emerging domains
