About the Role

First Connect Insurance Services is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to enhance their comparative rater platform, which provides insurance agents with multiple quotes from various carriers. The ideal candidate will own the integration lifecycle, ensuring the platform remains the best in class for user experience, speed, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

→Architect and implement robust systems end to end
→Lead the design and implementation of new carrier integrations
→Support reliable databases and APIs for real-time automated decision-making
→Deploy and manage software using Kubernetes clusters and Argo CD
→Work in an agile environment, coordinating with Product, Design, and Business teams

Requirements

✓6+ years of commercial experience in software development
✓Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and relational databases
✓Experience with startup organizations and culture
✓Proactive approach to learning, especially regarding AI and AI-based software development tooling
✓High ownership of applications and a drive to constantly improve solutions
✓Fluent in both English (C1) and Polish (C2)
