About the Role
First Connect Insurance Services is seeking a Software QA Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality of our flagship offering, the First Connect (FC) Rater, which helps insurance agents generate multiple quotes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with the Engineering Team from requirement analysis to final release sign-off
- →Partner with Product Managers to prioritize testing efforts and clarify requirements
- →Work with SDETs to expand and maintain automated test coverage
- →Identify potential risks and ensure product quality and reliability
- →Contribute to team strategies and documentation
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a fast-paced product environment
- ✓Working knowledge of backend technical tooling (database querying, API testing, dev tools)
- ✓Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- ✓Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
- ✓Attention to detail and precision
- ✓Clear bug reporting skills
- ✓Excellent collaboration skills
- ✓Good command of English (B2 minimum) and native Polish
