Part-Time Customer Support & Communications Specialist (Remote) Fitish is hiring a part-time Customer Support & Communications Specialist to help support our Fitish and Fitish RX community. Details: • Remote, part-time (20–25 hrs/week) • 30-day review with potential for growth into a full-time role What You’ll Do: • Support customers and patients via email, chat, and social platforms • Assist with Fitish RX telehealth-related inquiries • Help resolve issues with a strong focus on retention and experience • Work closely with the Marketing Director on customer resolution You’re a Great Fit If You: • Have strong written communication skills • Are organized, empathetic, and responsive • Have customer support or community management experience (telehealth or wellness a plus)
