About the Role
We are looking for a business-minded leader to own the strategy, experience, and growth of our consumer app. This high-impact leadership role requires someone who thinks like a business owner and can align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the app as a business, driving strategy, performance, and day-to-day execution
- →Set a clear app vision that aligns with brand and commercial objectives
- →Define and track KPIs across engagement, retention, subscriber growth, and revenue
- →Identify growth opportunities that connect digital and physical product ecosystems
- →Pursue and manage strategic partnerships that expand the app's reach
- →Lead new training program development with the Education team
- →Own the end-to-end user experience, from sign-up to long-term retention
- →Synthesize user feedback, performance data, and market trends into decisions
- →Drive the build-out of a fully integrated digital ecosystem
- →Partner with technology to define, prioritize, and ship the feature roadmap
- →Translate business goals and user needs into actionable briefs
- →Align with marketing to drive awareness, downloads, and subscriber conversion
- →Own the growth strategy, building initiatives that drive acquisition and retention
- →Stay sharp on the competitive landscape and emerging trends
- →Deliver regular performance reporting to leadership
Requirements
- ✓5 to 8 years of professional experience in consumer apps, digital products, or growth
- ✓Demonstrated ability to lead a digital product with measurable results
- ✓Strong business acumen with experience using data to drive decisions
- ✓Experience working cross-functionally across technology, marketing, and business development
- ✓Familiarity with app ecosystems, subscription models, and digital consumer behavior
- ✓Excellent communication and project management skills
- ✓Experience pursuing or managing strategic partnerships
- ✓Background in product management, consumer marketing, or digital growth
- ✓Passion for fitness, movement, and performance-driven brands
- ✓Comfortable working in-office and collaborating closely with teams
- ✓Global perspective and understanding of various markets
