About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Product Designer to join our team at Flash, a smart ecosystem of HR and financial solutions that simplifies daily work management on a single platform. This role is essential in our vision to become a reference in the market for HR management tools.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and disseminate the product experience vision aligned with business strategy
→Lead studies on customer needs, pain points, and usage patterns to strengthen user-centered culture
→Conduct structured and recurring research processes to reveal pain points, journeys, and opportunities
→Translate ideas into concepts and pixel-perfect prototypes, ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic alignment
→Ensure validation of deliveries with clients and stakeholders through continuous testing and experimentation
→Mentor talents to build a high-performance Design team focused on autonomy, innovation, and continuous growth
→Contribute to the evolution of the Design System, frameworks, processes, and tools

Requirements

✓Solid experience in Product Design (more than 7 years of practice), demonstrated by portfolio or cases
✓Experience with projects of high uncertainty, including creation 0→1 of B2B products in complex SaaS platforms
✓Hands-on, autonomous, and collaborative profile with proactivity to lead initiatives
✓Strong business vision and ability to translate strategy clearly to tactical execution
✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
✓Critical sense and sharp craft for high-level deliveries in usability, functionality, and visual design
