About the Role
We are looking for a Preowned Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Fletcher Jones Automotive Group. This role involves data entry and preparation of vehicles for sale, along with basic excel reporting and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- →Thorough document preparation and attention to detail
- →Prioritize tasks to complete all daily projects by end of business
- →Compile and maintain basic excel reports
- →Organize photos and upload to 3rd party websites
- →Learn internal systems to check on vehicle reconditioning
- →Physically recognize equipment and features on vehicles
- →Maintain a high degree of accuracy and consistency
- →Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
- →Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- ✓Previous clerical experience preferred
- ✓Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
- ✓Attention to detail and accuracy
