About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join Flexport Germany and help scale our business in the logistics industry. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their supply chain needs, and closing new business deals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and grow Flexport through closing net-new business in partnership with sales & account management colleagues
- →Uncover and connect with ideal clients through self-prospecting
- →Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs
- →Empower customers by creating value-adding solutions
- →Lead the customer onboarding process
- →Work closely with the Account Management Team to implement and ramp new business
Requirements
- ✓At least 4 years’ experience in a full cycle sales process
- ✓Experience in the logistics industry, with freight forwarding strongly preferred
- ✓Enthusiasm for cold-calling prospects and leading discovery calls
- ✓Fast learning ability, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow into a top sales executive
- ✓Proficiency in both German and English
