About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join the Ops Tech design team at Flexport. This role focuses on shaping the user experience for tools that operators use to manage complex logistics workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to internal tools design while ensuring UX quality and driving user adoption
- →Create clear, effective designs using visual and interaction principles
- →Support user research and apply insights to improve design decisions
- →Work closely with teammates, join design reviews, and help achieve shared goals
- →Stay curious, learn continuously, and develop skills with guidance from senior designers
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in product design, ideally with exposure to tools design, complex workflows, AI products, logistics design or related domains
- ✓A strong portfolio showcasing product design work
- ✓Skilled in user-centered design methods with a focus on problem-solving and delivering practical solutions that improve end-user experience
- ✓Experience working in agile environments, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, stakeholders, end-users, and other designers
- ✓Familiarity with Figma, design systems and the ability to apply and contribute to design guidelines
- ✓A degree in HCI, UX, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
- ✓English proficiency required
