About the Role
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent team at Flexport. This role focuses on building our next generation of high-potential talent, with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring for Operations roles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full recruiting cycles for Operations roles, primarily.
- →Source and engage high-potential candidates (new grads, 1–3 years’ experience) to build robust pipelines.
- →Conduct a high volume of candidate screens daily, while maintaining consistency and candidate experience.
- →Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to plan hiring strategies, manage priorities, and deliver results.
- →Monitor recruiting metrics (e.g. conversion rates, time-to-hire, source efficacy), identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.
- →Serve as an ambassador of our employer brand — design outreach campaigns, campus programs, referral initiatives, etc.
- →Experiment with and adopt modern recruiting tools (automation, AI-assisted sourcing, outreach personalization).
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree.
- ✓2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency), ideally with some exposure to volume / Operations hiring.
- ✓Exceptional organization skills; ability to track many parallel processes without dropping balls.
- ✓Strong verbal and written communication skills — you’ll represent Flexport to many early-career candidates.
- ✓Detail orientation, especially in managing data, candidate handoffs, and feedback loops.
- ✓Comfort working with metrics and data — you’ll use them to optimize your work.
- ✓A growth mindset — you enjoy learning, adapting, and improving processes.
