About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Customs technology team at Flexport. This role involves leading projects that structure, manage, and automate import entry filing work, aiming to deepen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute on a user-first product vision for improving Customs filing software
- →Build a strategic vision for customs automation and create short and long-term roadmaps
- →Become a domain expert by understanding the market and competitive landscape
- →Develop products that reduce user cognitive load while being simple and effective
- →Dive into data to develop meaningful business objectives and metrics
- →Establish and continuously improve product processes
- →Work with diverse stakeholders to balance their needs
Requirements
- ✓≥ 4 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in both startup and complex environments
- ✓Experience in B2B products
- ✓Experience in supply chain/logistics is a plus
- ✓Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- ✓Ability to prioritize and focus on key deliverables
- ✓Experience crafting long-term vision and quarterly roadmaps
- ✓Ability to contribute to complex products in a rapidly changing domain
- ✓Business acumen with curiosity to learn and become an expert
