About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our B2B SaaS scale-up, Flip. You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring across the company, partnering with leaders in Sales, Engineering, Product, and G&A.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end hiring for all roles, with a strong focus on Sales and Engineering.
- →Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, assisting with role scoping, success profiles, and hiring plans.
- →Design and run a scalable, data-driven recruiting process, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
- →Own recruiting metrics, dashboards, and reporting, including time-to-hire, funnel conversion, quality-of-hire, and source effectiveness.
- →Use AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, screening, outreach, assessments, and analytics.
- →Build proactive talent pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies, networks, events, and passive talent pools.
- →Manage the referral program and coordinate external agencies/headhunters when needed.
- →Continuously improve hiring processes and educate stakeholders on modern, AI-enabled recruiting.
- →Act as a Talent Brand Ambassador, nurturing candidate relationships and promoting an exceptional candidate experience.
- →Run internal referral jams to increase referrals.
- →Help grow Flip’s employer brand through social media channels and own the Employer Value Proposition playbook.
- →Proactively solve hiring issues to meet hiring goals.
Requirements
- ✓4+ years experience in Talent Acquisition in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment; agency experience is a plus.
- ✓Strong track record hiring for Sales and Engineering roles.
- ✓Passion for active sourcing and crafting creative sourcing strategies.
- ✓Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously without compromising candidate experience or hiring quality.
- ✓Highly metrics-driven, comfortable building reports and using data to drive decisions.
- ✓Hands-on experience using AI recruiting tools or strong experience implementing and using systems to engage and track applicants.
- ✓High ownership mindset, strong stakeholder management, and comfort with ambiguity.
- ✓Exceptional communication skills in German and English.
