We are looking for a Content Manager to join Flipster, a high-performance crypto perpetuals trading platform. This role focuses on driving user activation, trading engagement, and retention through content.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the content positioning, tone, and boundaries of the exchange
- →Own the end-to-end editorial process, ensuring narrative consistency
- →Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- →Execute a growth-driven content strategy aligned with user lifecycle stages
- →Design content flows that support campaigns, launches, and promotions
- →Act as the final reviewer for growth-critical content
- →Identify and amplify key market narratives, strategically deciding on timing and extent of communication
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of experience in crypto, trading, or growth-related content
- ✓Strong understanding of user trading psychology and conversion funnels
- ✓Proven ability to connect content decisions to growth outcomes
- ✓Strong team player with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
- ✓Proficient in utilizing social media analytics tools
- ✓Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- ✓Fluency in English
