About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Demand Division team, responsible for developing contact center applications with a focus on scalable agent-facing interfaces and automations. This role involves working on evolving software products at scale, identifying efficient workflows, and contributing to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- βBe part of a self-organized, cross-functional distributed team owning products
- βMaintain a core product built with TypeScript and Java / Spring Boot
- βPlace users at the center when developing solutions
- βDrive the development process using an Agile environment
- βEvolve products using new tech stacks
- βLead technical decisions to improve technical excellence
Requirements
- βMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in fullstack development
- βStrong focus on architecture, system design, and migrating legacy products
- βExperience in maintaining and evolving products written in Python, Java / Spring Boot
- βCover code with tests and experience with different test runners
- βObsession with quality ensuring high standards
- βEnjoy working within an agile setup
