About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Technology Solution Architect to join our Digital Transformation function within the People & Organization department. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering complex global HR technology initiatives, combining deep HR tech expertise, solution architecture, and strong project execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design scalable HR system architectures and service delivery models
- →Lead global system and vendor transitions
- →Ensure HR technology landscape remains compliant and future-ready
- →Analyze HR processes using BPMN and lean methodologies
- →Scout emerging HR technology solutions and evaluate integration options
- →Lead delivery of high-impact global HR Tech projects
- →Maintain process documentation and run project governance
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of experience in HR Tech transformation
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with Workday architecture implementations
- ✓Experience with system architecture redesigns and integrations
- ✓Proven experience driving global HR tech initiatives
- ✓Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, BPMN modelling
- ✓University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- ✓Certifications in architecture, RPA, Automation or project management
