You will join an international team of 5, distributed across Germany, Bulgaria, and India, working closely together in an agile, collaborative way. About the Role • Own full‑cycle recruitment for business and corporate roles across Europe, covering multiple functions and seniority levels • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define sourcing and assessment strategies • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, sharing market insights and recruitment best practices • Proactively source and engage relevant talent pools using diverse channels and approaches • Conduct interviews autonomously, ensuring a consistent, structured, and high‑quality selection process • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely, and transparent communication • Use recruitment KPIs and reports within ATS tools (e.g. Greenhouse) to drive data‑informed hiring decisions • Drive a strong match between candidates and Flix culture while representing the Flix employer brand About You • 3+ years of full‑cycle in-house recruitment experience in a fast‑paced, international environment • Hands-on experience hiring business and corporate roles across different seniority levels and functions (e.g. Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, Commercial) • Strong stakeholder and offer management skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships • Agile and resilient, comfortable adapting to changing priorities and evolving business needs • Confident using data and recruitment metrics to drive informed hiring decisions • Fluent English, strong communications skills We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
