About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Flix, a company dedicated to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable. This role involves sourcing and attracting top talent for Tech/IT positions, driving strategic partnerships, and managing the full cycle talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source and attract the best talent for Tech/IT roles
- →Drive strategic partnerships with tech teams to understand hiring needs
- →Develop targeted marketing strategies to create awareness and identify new candidate pools
- →Manage the full cycle talent acquisition process, from intake meetings to offering new employees
- →Engage regularly with hiring teams to ensure smooth processes
- →Provide a first-class candidate experience with professional communication
- →Drive and manage projects to further develop the talent acquisition function
- →Build and maintain prospect- and candidate relationships
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-growing companies or start-ups
- ✓Understanding of the challenges and needs of growing businesses
- ✓Exceptional offer and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Experience in a data-driven recruitment environment
- ✓Sound appreciation for talent acquisition fundamentals with creative modern tactics
- ✓Experience in German and Polish talent markets is a plus
