About the Role
We are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Manager to join Flock Safety, a leading safety technology platform. This role involves designing, building, and running account-based campaigns to move target accounts through awareness to pipeline across both public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement account-based campaigns that move target accounts through awareness to pipeline
- →Own the ABM campaign playbook and run 1:1 and executive-level ABM plays
- →Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Marketing Ops to operationalize ABM at scale
- →Adapt tactics by sector (public vs private) and manage campaign performance
- →Increase multi-threaded engagement and measurable pipeline influence
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of B2B demand generation experience, including 2+ years leading ABM programs at scale
- ✓Deep expertise in ABM and intent platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systems
- ✓Strong analytical and data fluency
- ✓Proven ability to align Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Marketing Ops around unified account strategy
- ✓Strong operational discipline, including campaign brief development, structured kickoff cadences, and reporting frameworks
- ✓Exceptional written and executive communication skills
- ✓Familiarity with public sector procurement environments and/or private sector security, retail, or property workflows
- ✓Hands-on experience orchestrating multi-channel campaigns
