THE OPPORTUNITY
As our IT Support Specialist, you will be a key member of the Technology Experience team, focused on delivering exceptional on-site IT support and ensuring our meeting spaces and collaboration environments operate flawlessly.
This is a highly visible, in-office role responsible for:
- Supporting day-to-day technical needs of employees in our Atlanta office
- Owning enterprise conference room and A/V environments
- Providing white glove / executive-level support
- Partnering with Workplace and Operations teams to enhance the in-office technology experience
- Supporting workplace management systems (i.e. Eden)
This Atlanta, GA-based position is full-time in the office (5 days a week). Occasional early arrival or late departure may be necessary to support meetings and events. The role also requires the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting equipment, moving boxes, and working at floor level to install and maintain hardware.
THE SKILLSET
ON-SITE IT SUPPORT
- 3+ years of experience supporting internal employees in a high-volume IT environment.
- Strong understanding of macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, printers, docking stations, and end-user devices.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
- Familiarity with MDM solutions (e.g., Kandji, Jamf) and endpoint security tools.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documentation habits and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of network principles (e.g. WAN, VLAN, Firewalls, etc)
- IT Asset Management
ENTERPRISE A/V & MEETING SPACE OWNERSHIP
- Direct experience supporting and troubleshooting conference room A/V systems
- Ensure executive meetings, board meetings, and company-wide events run seamlessly.
- Perform preventative maintenance and standardization of meeting room technology.
- Troubleshoot displays, conferencing hardware, microphones, cameras, and room control systems.
- Partner with vendors when needed for escalations or installations.
- Continuously improve meeting room reliability and user experience.
EXECUTIVE TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT
- Experience providing high-touch, priority support to senior leadership.
- Comfortable providing real-time meeting support and rapid issue resolution.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proactive mindset — anticipating needs before they become issues.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
WORKPLACE TECHNOLOGY & SYSTEMS
- Experience administering or supporting workplace management platforms (e.g., Eden).
- Desk booking

The First 30 Days
- Complete onboarding and build relationships across IT, Workplace, Security, and Operations.
- Gain familiarity with our ticketing system, MDM tools, workplace management systems, and on-site systems
- Audit current conference room A/V setups and documentation.
- Begin resolving Tier 1–2 support requests independently, both on-site and remotely
- Establish presence as the “IT Concierge”
The First 60 Days
- Take ownership of daily conference room reliability and preventative maintenance.
- Improve documentation for meeting spaces and common troubleshooting workflows.
- Identify and implement quick wins to improve in-office technology experience.
90 Days & Beyond
- Establish best-in-class meeting room reliability standards.
- Proactively reduce recurring support issues through process improvements.
- Serve as the primary on-site technical point of contact for the Atlanta office.
Salary & Equity
In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $75,000 and $100,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.
Location
This role is based in Atlanta, where you’ll join our dynamic team to collaborate in person and drive innovation. Candidates must reside in or relocate to Atlanta, Georgia for this position.
