About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Solution Engineer to join Flock Safety, a leading safety technology platform. This role involves helping customers understand how Flock’s platform can deliver measurable value throughout their buying journey.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead discovery sessions to identify customer requirements and success metrics
- →Tailor platform demonstrations and technical discussions to customer value metrics
- →Design deployment strategies that integrate Flock’s platform with existing workflows
- →Build Statements of Work (SOWs) and Proof of Concept (POC) plans
- →Articulate Flock’s competitive differentiators to position the platform’s advantages
- →Guide customers through final sign-off, securing buy-in and commitment
Requirements
- ✓2-5 years of sales engineering or technology sales experience
- ✓Track record of leading technical discovery sessions and tailoring demos
- ✓Ability to connect platform capabilities to solve customer pain points
- ✓Strong presentation and communication skills
- ✓Experience partnering with Account Executives to accelerate deal cycles
- ✓Understanding of SaaS platforms and scalable deployment strategies
- ✓Knowledge of public safety, security, and commercial loss prevention
