About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Business Partner to join our team at Flock Safety. This role will act as the right hand of our VP of Local Markets within our Public Sector business, driving team-wide strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Onboard, learn Flock’s value proposition, products, capabilities, and GTM model
- →Understand sales data structure + Flock’s GTM model
- →Refine Local Markets Sales Operations Model, including “ways of working” for the leaders
- →Build strong relationships and formal feedback channels with frontline sellers and managers
- →Attend sales calls with Local Reps and customer installs
- →Understand our market, especially the details of the TAM and our strategy behind territories
Requirements
- ✓Experience in sales operations or a related field
- ✓Strong understanding of GTM models and data structures
- ✓Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- ✓Ability to frame data-driven recommendations
- ✓Experience with sales tools and KPIs
