About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our direct sales team at FloQast, a leading Accounting Transformation Platform. This role involves helping to obtain new clients for our industry-leading Accounting Workflow Automation solution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Cultivate relationships with executives to close new business deals targeting opportunities with multi-million dollar revenue or more
- →Drive the sales cycle by coordinating and performing product demos and follow-up calls
- →Network with potential clients to create and maintain a robust new business pipeline
- →Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers via outbound efforts
- →Coordinate post-sale launch calls between customers and the FloQast implementation team
- →Collaborate with Sales and Marketing management personnel to improve processes
- →Work closely with BDR Managers to ensure communication and cohesiveness
- →Provide input and feedback regarding competitive activity and future product direction
- →Develop a deep understanding of client challenges and how FloQast solves them
- →Travel as required within assigned territory to accomplish and exceed goals, up to 30%
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 2-5 years software sales experience, with a track record of exceeding quota
- ✓High level written and verbal English and German language skills
- ✓Comfortable in a high-velocity sales environment
- ✓Competitive, ambitious, and driven, with a self-starter attitude
- ✓Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10% of the company) in past positions
- ✓Organized and detail-oriented
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Proficient with sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, Zoom, and joinme
