About the Role
We are looking for an Accounting Success Manager to join our Customer Success team and support our Enterprise customer base. This role focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement to ensure long-term success with our Close Management solution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders including Controllers, Accounting Managers, and CFOs
- →Provide exceptional customer service, product assistance, training, and consultative solutions
- →Respond to client inquiries, offer comprehensive product training, and establish regular Quarterly Business Reviews
- →Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services teams to share client insights
- →Understand unique business needs of enterprise accounts and provide direct product feedback
- →Strategize and manage client renewal processes in partnership with Account Management
- →Organize and execute recurring executive business reviews via Zoom and on-site visits
- →Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to expand pipeline and assist in closing new business
- →Ensure smooth onboarding experience and ongoing success for clients through close collaboration with Professional Services
- →Develop deep product expertise and stay updated on latest features and functionality
- →Plan and lead in-person client meetings to expand footprint and foster adoption
- →Create and execute comprehensive strategic plans for each customer with documented goals and timelines
- →Assess and prescribe appropriate meeting cadences with key players on client finance teams
- →Forecast and track key account metrics including quarterly sales results and retention rates
- →Provide support for new hires including customer calls, trainings, and onboarding syncs
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant fields
- ✓5+ years of private or public accounting experience required
- ✓Experience in a customer facing role
- ✓Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles
- ✓Experience working with/for public or large private companies
- ✓Ability to effectively interact with client teams at various technical levels
- ✓Experience working with cross-functional teams
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- ✓Ability to think analytically and apply problem solving skills
- ✓Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills
- ✓Ability to travel up to 30%
