About the Role
We are hiring a Software Engineer to build the technical foundation of Fluidstack's hiring and people operations machine. This role focuses on developing internal tools and integrations for the full talent lifecycle, working closely with HR technology ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the talent tooling roadmap end-to-end, from scoping to deployment
- →Build and maintain integrations with HR tech tools like Ashby and Rippling
- →Design and ship internal recruiting workflows and candidate pipeline dashboards
- →Instrument the talent funnel with analytics surfaces for real-time visibility
- →Automate people operations tasks across ATS, HRIS, and IT systems
- →Drive AI-assisted recruiting features using LLM technologies
- →Collaborate directly with recruiters and People Ops to solve operational challenges
- →Maintain engineering quality with production-grade TypeScript and test coverage
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with TypeScript/React
- ✓Strong backend skills in REST/GraphQL API design and database modeling
- ✓Demonstrated experience integrating with ATS, HRIS, and other SaaS APIs
- ✓Ability to own projects end-to-end from requirements to deployment
- ✓Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces and translating operational needs
- ✓Fluency with modern React patterns and accessible UI development
