We are looking for a Talent Recruiter to join Fluidstack, a company building infrastructure for abundant intelligence. This role involves hiring top-tier talent across technical and non-technical teams, partnering with hiring managers, and driving candidates through the full recruiting process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Source relentlessly: Deploy advanced sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of exceptional talent.
- →Screen with rigor: Implement a disciplined screening process that separates good from excellent candidates.
- →Own end-to-end: Drive full-cycle recruiting from first outreach through offer acceptance.
- →Build deep partnerships: Establish trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- →Operate at pace: Ramp up quickly and deliver impact in a fast-moving environment.
- →Build infrastructure: Design hiring processes, evaluation frameworks, and reporting metrics.
Requirements
- ✓5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of exceptional sourcing & hiring for technical roles.
- ✓Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- ✓Experience hiring in very fast-paced environments while maintaining a high cultural and technical bar.
- ✓Track record of autonomously driving hiring outcomes.
- ✓Background at high-growth tech companies or startups, preferably in cloud/infrastructure, AI, or data centers.
