ABOUT THE ROLE
FluidStack is building the infrastructure layer for frontier AI, and security isn't a function we bolt on; it's foundational to every customer relationship and every deployment we run.
The Technical Program Manager, Security sits at the intersection of our Security Operations and Engineering, GRC, physical security, and customer commitments β driving execution across the full security program as we scale from startup to hyperscaler. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure without bureaucracy, and can operate fluently across technical and non-technical disciplines.
FOCUS
You'll own the delivery machinery for FluidStack's security program across four primary domains:
- Security Operations & Detection Engineering Delivery β Partner with SOC leadership and detection engineers to manage platform deployments, tooling rollouts, and capability milestones across our phased build-out. Translate technical roadmaps into delivery plans with clear owners, timelines, and dependencies.
- Physical Security & Data Center Infrastructure Projects β Coordinate physical security deployments across active and new data center sites β including PACS, CCTV, perimeter systems, and GSOC architecture. Manage vendor SOWs, track hardware delivery timelines, and ensure sites meet security readiness requirements ahead of customer access dates.
- Customer Security Commitments & Contractual SLAs β Own the tracking and execution of security obligations embedded in customer agreements. Translate contractual requirements into internal workstreams, surface risks proactively, and ensure FluidStack is always prepared for customer audits, site visits, and security reviews.
- Security Compliance Programs β Support the execution of SOC, ISO, and FedRAMP readiness initiatives in partnership with FluidStack's GRC function. Help maintain evidence pipelines, coordinate with external auditors,, track control gaps, and ensure cross-functional dependencies stay on schedule across a multi-framework compliance environment.
ABOUT YOU
- A track record coordinating cross-functional technical programs across engineering, legal, operations, and external vendors, and you're comfortable holding timelines accountable without micromanaging.
- Support to security compliance programs in a hands-on delivery capacity, contributing to evidence collection, audit coordination, and control gap tracking.
- Experience coordinating physical infrastructure or data center deployments and know how to manage vendor SOWs and timelines against hard site readiness dates.
