Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the glazing service business. Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn’s brand. Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions. Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction. Represent Flynn at industry events and client meetings. Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement. Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional manner. Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders. Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives. Requirements: Experience in a construction environment; Service Glazing or Sales experience is considered an asset. Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with strong time management abilities. Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A relationship-focused mindset with a passion for client service and business growth. Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to expand Flynn’s service offerings. Proficiency in MS Office and industry-specific tools such as Bluebeam and AutoCAD.
