About the Role
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team and work in the USA shift. This role focuses on enhancing the overall employee experience through managing core People Operations tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding new employees and offboarding departing employees
- →Support payroll and compensation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- →Address employee inquiries, resolve issues, and foster a positive work environment
- →Assist with physical workspace programs including lease management and events
- →Maintain accurate employee records and process documentation
- →Assist in managing employee benefits programs
- →Support the learning management system by assigning timely learning programs
- →Assist in developing and implementing People policies and procedures
- →Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations
- →Utilize and maintain People systems and tools
- →Identify opportunities to streamline People processes
Requirements
- ✓Experience in People Operations or related field
- ✓Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- ✓Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- ✓Experience with HR systems and tools
- ✓Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
