<p><strong>Te Tūranga – About the role<br></strong>Operating as a trusted partner, you’ll develop and advise on e-learning modules, digital learning resources and other content development to encompass ‘best in class’ learner experiences. Our key objective is to ensure we have world class learning and to enable awesome people doing awesome things and working for awesome leaders. </p>
<p>You’ll be joining us at a point of our digital learning and employee experience transformational journey that will help our more than 100 years old Co-op be set up for many more years of success.</p>
<p>Working collaboratively and cross functionally you will:</p>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to a world class Learning function through your up to date, future thinking, modern learning design skills with aptitude for rapid-build using AI technology.</li>
<li>Design and develop eLearning and digital learning content that is best practice, relevant to its purpose and the Foodies environment, engaging and creates an awesome learner experience</li>
<li>Liaise with and direct any external Instructional Design Partners who we engage to support our content build resource capability</li>
<li>Partner with stakeholders in the business to consult, anticipate, design and deliver experiences that meet our business needs and expectations</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with other Learning Team members to identify the best way to create future-proofed learning that’s easy to engage with and creates measurable capability uplift.</li>
<li>Partner closely with our LMS Manager who will schedule and deploy the learning assets in our Learning System</li>

<p><strong>He kōrero mōu - About you<br></strong>You will need to have a strong track record and proven experience in designing innovative digital and online learning solutions preferably in medium to large enterprises that required scale solutions. Preferably, you would also have additional technical experience working with video, graphics and audio editing tools as well as qualifications and/or demonstrated deep knowledge in adult learning principles.</p>
<p>You’ll also need:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in digital learning instructional design using tools such as Articulate Storyline & Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia or Chameleon Creator</li>
<li>An understanding of SCORM requirements when building digital content</li>
<li>Some knowledge of Java Script & HTML</li>
<li>Experience using AI to help develop and deliver learning on scale</li>
<li>Good learning instructional design and graphic design knowledge</li>
<li>A collaborative working style and able to take direction and feedback well while adding immense value through your creative insights</li>
<li>To be curious, keeping across a quickly changing digital learning landscape always keen to learn more, share knowledge look at what’s possible to make things more impactful</li>
<li>Ability to do a learning needs analysis and identify the scope of digital learning needs in a project, building a project plan to deliver</li>
</ul>
