About the Role
We are looking for an Intern Strategic Project Manager to join OVRSEA's OneChain team. This role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the adoption of OneChain, a new logistics and supply chain software developed by OVRSEA.
Key Responsibilities
- βGuarantee customer and partner satisfaction
- βCollect and qualify user feedback for product and tech teams
- βAnalyze user interactions to identify product improvement opportunities
- βDefine deployment roadmaps for OneChain at client sites
- βLaunch clients and partners on the platform
- βManage the client portfolio
- βDefine, track, and analyze KPIs
- βDeploy action plans to improve user experience
- βEnsure quality of information shared on OneChain
- βLead projects using generative AI for document processing
Requirements
- βSeeking a 6-month end-of-studies or mid-studies internship starting from March 2026
- βFrom business school, engineering school, or university
- βDesire to learn on varied topics and willingness to quickly develop skills
- βCombines analytical and operational approach
- βStrong relational skills
- βAppreciates teamwork and interaction with multiple stakeholders
- βCommunicates clearly both orally and in writing
