About the Role

We are looking for a Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead to join Formlabs' Rev Ops team. This role will drive initiatives that directly impact the company's growth, partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

→Drive strategic planning and execution across revenue-generating teams
→Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to shape go-to-market strategy
→Structure and lead high-impact strategic initiatives
→Own and evolve dashboards, KPIs, and insights that inform executive decisions
→Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems through data analysis

Requirements

✓3–7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, revenue strategy, or similar analytical roles
✓MBA from a top-tier program or equivalent strategic experience
✓Strong problem-solving skills with experience building data models
✓Excellent executive communication skills
✓Experience owning projects end-to-end
✓Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
