About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join Formlabs and help own and evolve our Dashboard platform. This high-ownership, high-impact role will involve shaping architecture, shipping meaningful features, and defining best practices as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

→Be a foundational engineer for the Dashboard and its backend infrastructure, influencing long-term technical direction.
→Design, build, and scale reliable, high-performance web applications using Python and Django.
→Develop user-facing frontend features (React) and collaborate with Marketing and Design to deliver polished experiences.
→Own projects end-to-end, from technical design to implementation and iteration.
→Contribute to architectural decisions, engineering standards, and best practices.
→Balance speed and quality, optimizing for long-term maintainability.

Requirements

✓Strong track record of building, shipping, and maintaining production web applications.
✓Deep experience with Python/Django and modern frontend frameworks like React.
✓Primary-owner mentality with a high bar for code quality.
✓Comfort collaborating across disciplines, especially with Design, Marketing, and Engineering partners.
✓Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies as needed.
