About the Role
We are looking for a Dental Product Manager to join Formlabs and help bring groundbreaking 3D printers to healthcare providers worldwide. This role will shape Formlabs' future in the dental industry by engaging with dental practices and labs to understand their challenges and develop strategic roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify customer needs within healthcare and dental verticals and collaborate with technical and commercial teams to develop product requirements.
- →Prioritize and guide product development efforts, creating detailed product specifications.
- →Manage the market performance of the dental product portfolio and recommend improvements.
- →Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, fostering collaboration across teams.
- →Shape the go-to-market strategy for new dental products and develop maintenance plans.
- →Monitor the competitor landscape and market demands to evaluate portfolio relevance.
- →Serve as a key technical and educational resource for customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- ✓Experience launching and successfully shipping products to customers.
- ✓Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- ✓Experience working within healthcare, medical, or dental markets.
- ✓2+ years of product management experience.
- ✓Experience working effectively with all levels of management.
- ✓Clear and effective communication skills.
- ✓A process-oriented approach.
