As our Technical Content Marketing Manager, your mission is to drive our content strategy and produce industry-leading technical assetsβfrom high-impact case studies to deep-dive white papersβthat appeal to our diverse audience of engineers, designers, and innovators. You will be the primary engine for Formlabsβ technical storytelling. You arenβt just a writer; you are a content "quarterback" who can translate complex hardware innovations into compelling narratives that drive lead generation and brand authority.

The Job:
β’ Identify and interview customers and collaborate with them to publish both written and video case studies
β’ Produce high-quality technical guides and white papers derived from in-depth research and hands-on experimentation with various applications
β’ Create content for sales enablement and sell sheets that support and product launches
β’ Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Web teams to ensure content is technically accurate and conversion-focused
β’ Define and execute content marketing campaigns and strategies across verticals, funnel stages, and markets
β’ Deeply understand our buyer personas and target industry segments to create a content plan aligned with buyersβ needs and our internal funnels
β’ Manage content creation and distribution across our digital channels (web, social, email, etc.)
β’ Maintain consistent style and tone throughout Formlabs content, editing the work of other content creators to bring it to its best
You:
β’ 2+ years of experience as an application engineer, sales engineer, product marketer, product manager, content marketer or marketing manager at a hardware company
β’ Prolific writing skills and attention to detail
β’ Quick to develop an understanding of technical topics, with an ability to translate them into effective content for technical and business audiences
β’ Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally
β’ Analytical, proactive, and goal-driven mindset
β’ Structured and strong project management skills
Bonus Skills:
β’ Experience with a modern online marketing tech stack like AI assistants, Google Analytics, Salesforce, SEO tools (Ahrefs), CRM, spreadsheets, CMS editing
β’ Experience with photo and video production
β’ Working knowledge of SEO tactics
β’ Familiarity with CAD modeling and 3D printing

Compensation
We are all owners of Formlabs and direct beneficiaries of our success. We believe that equity is a critical component of compensation at Formlabs, and we want our newest team members to understand the potential value of their equity compensation. Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.
At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.
The annual base pay range for this role is:$75,000β$115,000 USD
