Social Media and Growth Manager Job

We’re hiring a Social Media and Growth Manager at Forum Ventures 🚀

This isn’t a “schedule posts and track impressions” job.

The real mandate is bigger: turn Forum from a fund that does some social into a legitimate media company that happens to invest.

We back 75+ early-stage B2B SaaS and AI companies every year. We have strong opinions, real access to founders, and people inside the firm who are already creating. What we don’t have yet is a true social growth engine that compounds.

That’s the job.

We’re looking for someone who actually understands social on a deep level. Someone who knows how platforms behave, how algorithms get tripped, why certain formats travel, and how attention turns into action.

LinkedIn is already working for us, so you’ll push that harder. You’ll also build TikTok, Reels, and Shorts from zero. Not for vanity metrics, but to drive qualified founders into our application funnel.

If you’ve grown channels from scratch, hacked distribution, or turned a founder’s content into real inbound, this will feel familiar. If you like the idea of building a media machine inside a venture fund, even better.
