About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our mission-driven team at Foundry for Good. This role involves supporting nonprofit organizations by helping them leverage our software to raise more funds for their causes.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide exceptional customer service via email and conference calls
→Schedule and lead daily Zoom calls with customers
→Operate as the lead point of contact for all customer matters
→Play an active role in solving customer requests, issues, and training
→Work through delays or obstacles to ensure clients are successfully set up
→Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to customer success
→Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the onboarding process
→Work with multiple teams to provide a great customer experience

Requirements

✓Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role
✓Highly organized with outstanding organizational ability
✓A team player with a willingness to learn and grow at a fast pace
✓Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
✓Strong academic background with an outstanding General Weighted Average
✓Major in Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Public Administration, or other Liberal Arts degrees
✓Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✓Demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly and think on your feet
✓Ability to work through obstacles and challenges
✓Highly organized with strong time management skills
✓Results-driven and goal-oriented
